Using Other Means to Get your Home SOLD

Did you watch TV this morning? On the Today Show they were showing other means people are using to help them get there home sold.....voodoo, crystals and burying St. Joseph statues. I have to admit that I have buried St. Joseph Statues for years now and believe it or not, two out of 5 homes sold within 2 weeks of burying him. Now you can read into that all you want but I will keep using him what can it hurt? I do suggest that the seller be the one to retrieve him and take him with them so that the new owners do not have to find them.

Catalogs

I just went in and stopped some of my catalogs after receiving a record 10 pounds of junk mail this week! We need to stop the waste and stop the temptation to spend. I went to catalog choice and selected the ones I did not want or did not use, it was easy start it today and it is free...my favorite word.

Thanksgiving Time

It's that time when I hate to go to the grocery store today I was about ran over by two men in the bakery isle, must have had to do with a sweet craving, chocolate for sure..... Anyway wishing you all a Happy Thanksgiving. Drive safe

Buyers Market

Everyone is asking me if the market has hit bottom. How will we know when it does, the only way to know is when the market starts to raise. Today we should look at it this way, American is on a Big Time Sale and with interest rates so low, Now is the Time to Buy a piece of America....
